Terms of Service
These Terms govern the use of prostu.agency and the services of prostu agency ("we", "us", "Provider") by any individual or company ("Client") who uses the site or orders our services.
1. General
1.1. Using prostu.agency or ordering our services means full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
1.2. We may update these Terms without prior notice. The current version is always available at prostu.agency/terms.
2. Services
2.1. We provide the following services:
- Design and build of websites and landing pages, built to be readable and trusted by AI
- GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) — preparing sites to be cited in answers from LLMs (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini) and AI search (Google AI Overviews and AI Mode)
- Hosting setup and technical support
- Structured data, business profiles and baseline SEO
- Ongoing content, multi-engine monitoring and on-page improvements (monthly growth plans)
- Multi-page sites and other work by separate agreement
2.2. The exact scope of each project is defined in a written proposal / statement of work agreed by both parties before work begins.
3. How we work
3.1. The Client submits a request via the site form, chat widget, Messenger or the Telegram bot.
3.2. We reply within one business day, clarify the details and prepare a proposal and scope.
3.3. The Client approves the scope and pays according to the chosen package.
3.4. We carry out the work within the timeline set in the proposal.
3.5. On completion, the Client reviews and approves the result, or sends comments for revisions.
4. Payment
4.1. Prices are set by the package the Client chooses. Current published packages and prices are listed on the relevant pages of prostu.agency (for example, the AI-Ready Website and AI Visibility offers). The exact price for each engagement is confirmed in the written proposal before work starts.
4.2. Payment is made in US dollars (or the equivalent in another currency by agreement), using methods agreed individually.
4.3. One-time build packages are payable 100% in advance unless agreed otherwise in writing. Monthly growth plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled any month.
4.4. We may change prices without prior notice. Projects already paid for are honored at the price in effect when paid.
5. Timelines
5.1. The delivery timeline for each project is the one set in the written proposal — for example, our local-business build is delivered within 7 business days of brief approval.
5.2. Delays caused by the Client (late materials, late approvals) do not count toward the delivery timeline.
6. Guarantees
6.1. Time guarantee: if we miss a delivery deadline we committed to in writing, you receive a full refund of the build fee.
6.2. Quality guarantee: one round of revisions is included. If you are still not satisfied after it, you receive a full refund of the build fee, no questions asked.
6.3. Code guarantee: any technical defects on the site are fixed free of charge for 30 days after delivery.
6.4. We do not guarantee specific performance outcomes — number of leads, traffic volume, search rankings, or number of mentions in LLMs. These depend on the market, niche, advertising and other factors outside our direct control.
7. Intellectual property
7.1. All materials (design, code, content) we create for a project become the Client's property after full payment.
7.2. We reserve the right to show completed work in our own portfolio, social media and marketing materials.
7.3. The Client warrants that materials they provide (logos, text, photos) do not infringe third-party rights.
8. Liability
8.1. We are liable for the quality of the work performed up to the amount of the payment received.
8.2. We are not liable for damages caused by incorrect use of the site by the Client or third parties.
8.3. The Client is responsible for the accuracy of the information and materials they provide.
9. Force majeure
9.1. The parties are released from liability in the event of force majeure: hostilities, natural disasters, provider outages, or decisions of government authorities.
10. Confidentiality
10.1. We undertake not to disclose Client information obtained in the course of the engagement.
10.2. Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. Disputes
11.1. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms are resolved through negotiation.
11.2. Failing agreement, under the applicable law of Ukraine.
